Employers Council is seeking a part-time, hourly (based on project) Workplace Investigator to work at our Denver, CO location.
We are seeking a candidate for this position who will be able to provide excellent customer service and to build and maintain relationships with our member companies. A successful candidate must have the ability to examine alleged violations of equal opportunity and discrimination laws and policies as they relate to employment. This position will interview employees, review personnel documents, analyze employee data and conduct fact finding to determine discrimination. Finally, this person must be able to work independently and travel on short notice
This position reports to the Manager of Workplace Investigations.

• Juris Doctorate; State Bar License is required
• Comprehension and ability to analyze large amounts of information
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software; SharePoint platform and internal customer relations system.
