Description

Fairstead is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to oversee and manage all facets of corporate financial planning and analysis. The FP&A Manager will be involved with business planning and forecasting, assisting in the development of annual budgets, strategic and operational initiatives, delivering analytics and insights to the business, making recommendations for short term and long-term decisions. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze trends and drivers, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles. 
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results for multiple entities, and prepare internal and external reporting 
  • Perform complex modeling, risk, and sensitivity analysis 
  • Assist with corporate financial reporting processes and partner with accounting to improve and standardize process
  • Partner with key stakeholders in developing business cases, industry benchmarking, strategy and other data driven analyses 
  • Participate in development of KPIs and dashboards to enhance reporting and operational visibility 
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and project plans for key initiatives 
  • Provide financial guidance to teams, providing interpretation and forecasting of overhead costs and trends
  • Investigate and identify opportunities for the company to improve its data structure and large-scale reporting functions 
  • Work with teams to ensure reporting is consistent throughout the company
  • Drive automation and efficiency through system enhancements and operational improvements 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree of Accounting or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience
  • Experience with financial statement analysis, and knowledge of corporate finance concepts 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills 
  • History of serving as an FP&A business partner to business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience with financial digital tools and financial management reporting knowledge
  • Advanced excel skills, experience building operating models and analyzing large data sets  

  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000 + bonus eligible
