Crisis & Counseling Centers is looking for a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Crisis Clinical Manager. The Crisis Clinical Manager will work with treatment planning; CQI’s and provide clinical supervision to our crisis department. This position will provide support for daily operations and assist with program development in our Mobile Crisis department as well as our Crisis Residential Units.

Master’s degree in social work, LCSW, LCPC, LCPC-C, LMSW CC or doctoral degree with independent licensing, five years of direct service experience in a mental health setting preferred. Three years of direct service experience in a crisis setting working with adults and children preferred. Supervisory experience, good communication skills, experience working with individuals and with groups, experience working within a multi-disciplinary team preferred. Assignment to programmatic and/or special populations may specialize the role of the person in this position
This is a full time, non-exempt position that will work between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday –Friday. Flexibility for both evening and weekend work is required.
