Position Overview

The Marketing Programs Manager, Special Projects position is a dynamic and diverse role to help U.S. CAD, An ARKANCE Company, in driving brand awareness and customer growth across the architecture and engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have strong and varied marketing skills and experience. The candidate will have a strong initiative to understand the industries we serve, customer needs, and how design and build technology solutions help. The candidate will work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing other stakeholders to execute marketing plans and activities and other strategic company initiatives. The position is hybrid, based in Irvine, CA, at the company’s headquarters.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 4+ years of professional work experience in marketing.

• Experience working in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, Act-On and NetSuite specifically, is a plus. 

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Experience in working in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a plus.

• Experience in working in the software industry is a plus.

• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to be persuasive.

• Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors.

• Candidates must be analytical, curious, creative, results-and-detailed oriented.

• Self-starter who can solve problems with minimal supervision.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, highly productive, and collaborative environment.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to learn quickly with a result-driven mentality.

• Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect and translate concepts.

• Flexibility to travel 10%.


Essential Functions


Sales and Marketing, Business Unit/Line, and Corporate Support:

• Collaborate and support Sales and Business Unit/Line leadership with marketing support to achieve goals and commitments. 

• Communicate marketing efforts and plans through meetings and other communication channels. 

• Plan and attend tradeshows and other events.

• Create marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns. 

• Support other members of the marketing department taking on various projects. 


Marketing Plans:

• Develop strategic market plans and activities supporting Business Units/Lines, and company goals and objectives. 

• Achieve, measure, and report ROI. 


Industry and Thought Leadership Content and Campaign Development:

• Demonstrate intimate understanding of the AEC industry to identify demands for products and services. 

• Develop sales and marketing collateral, including webinars, whitepapers, articles, blogs, presentations, datasheets, web content, and other related materials. 

• Conduct marketing research. 

• Create email and social media campaigns.

• Develop messaging based on personas and disciplines.

• Work with 3rd party vendors on content and campaigns. 

• Cultivate relationships with customers recommended by Customer Success or sales representatives. 

• Look for opportunities to position the company as a thought leader through editorial and speaker engagements. 

• Work cross-functionally with internal department, including Sales, Professional Services, and external partners, such as manufacturing partners, creative agency, and marketing vendors. 

• Other duties as needed.


Physical Requirements:

• Requires prolonged period of sitting, with occasional standing

• Continuous use of computers and other office equipment

• Occasionally required to lift, carry, push or pulling and/or move up to 10-25 lbs.

• The ability to travel maybe required for key events

Pay range for this position: $80k - $100k
