Outbound Solutions Specialist

At Blades of Green our Outbound Solutions Specialists (OSS) work in partnership with our technicians and inside sales teams to build relationships and provide solutions for our current clients. In addition, to making the initial contact with any new web-based prospects, the OSS team follow up on technician findings and recommendations from client properties and share the benefits of adding further property protection. Each OSS has a team of technicians that they work closely with, and together they provide the best ongoing experience for our clients. 


  • Answer calls and document interactions
  • Interact with prospects over the phone and in person to qualify their needs
  • Explain company services and match to identified needs
  • Close sales and work with routing to get the initial services scheduled
  • Make outbound calls to cross-sell clients
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of sales activities
  • Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in occasional off-site sales and marketing events
  • Provide back-up for client service team
  • Demonstrate knowledge in basic plant, turf and general pest identification
  • Mentor, coach, motivate and train technician sales team
  • Input incoming email and text leads into the company CRM to be processed and contacted by the inside sales team
  • Other duties as assigned by management
