Primary Job Duties:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of Restaurant and Bowling Lanes service, ensuring all service and product standards are exceeded.
- Meets regularly with department manager to ensure service goals, training needs, and all departmental goals remain on target.
- Assist in supporting all F&B departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets.
- Assist Restaurant Manager and HR Manager in selection, training and development of all restaurant team members to ensure timely recruitment, training, and career growth.
- Promotes development through well planned cross training programs.
- Assist in department schedules as initiated by the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist in development of daily floor charts for Servers.
- Ensures the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek ways to improve product and service as well as increase volume and profits
- Consistent maintenance and refinement of service, bar/beverage standards through team work.
- Collaborates with the bartenders in refinement of successful seasonal bar menu turns and drink specials as directed by Director of F&B.
- Assures consistent maintenance of F&B systems and control procedures in all restaurant operations.
- Assist in control of F&B, labor and operating expenses within the restaurant department.
- Ensures all F&B operations meet sanitation and safety compliance for FOH.
- Periodically checking TABC and Food Handler compliance.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging service to guests and team members.
- Table Touching to ensure complete Guest Satisfaction.
- Effectively train FOH Team members in Open Table.
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a manager.
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance for all Team Members.
- Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold temperatures
- Must be proficient in menu knowledge and food service basics
- Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Obtain training certification per company policy
- Must possess a valid TABC or other legal license to sell/serve alcohol per local code

- 1+ year Prior Guest Service Experience in Restaurant Hospitality.
- Ability to Anticipate and Respond to Guests needs in a Timely and Friendly Manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic devices.
- Military Service Background Highly Desired.
