About the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, as part of a development team to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project requirements. You’ll use your ability to elicit, interpret, and understand clients’ business needs to document business processes, user stories, and mockups, as well as translating them into Agile Epics and User Stories. You will bridge the gap between client and technical teams by working with software developers to convey the project vision, technical specifications, and business objectives. You will participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from technical analysis and design, through testing and deployment. You will have a direct hand in ensuring the quality of the products and software developed for clients. You’ll organize and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for projects and identify common business processes in order to streamline solution integration, as well as lead and facilitate sessions to gather implementation plan requirements. The Technical Business Analyst will also ensure the requirements are tested thoroughly by ensuring a test plan is created and the results are reviewed for acceptance.
