COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL

OPPORTUNITY
As the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will work alongside leadership and across departments to develop and implement the recruiting and retention strategy for a growing organization, spread across several counties in Northern California. This position will be responsible for all parts of the employee life cycle, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the HR Department, and oversee Benefit Manager
- Recruitment Strategy, and Hiring
- Compensation & Benefit Analysis and Strategy
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Policy Review, Development, and Implementation
- Regulatory Compliance & Training
- Professional Development in cooperation with Chief Deputy Program Officer & Director of People & Culture
- Manage safety programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience, with increasing responsibilities
- Empathy
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database products
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong presentation & training skills
- Strong administrative & organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team, be part of a team, and work independently
