COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

•  $120,000 annually

OPPORTUNITY 

As the Director of Human Resources, the successful candidate will work alongside leadership and across departments to develop and implement the recruiting and retention strategy for a growing organization, spread across several counties in Northern California. This position will be responsible for all parts of the employee life cycle, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the HR Department, and oversee Benefit Manager
• Recruitment Strategy, and Hiring
• Compensation & Benefit Analysis and Strategy
• Employee Relations
• Performance Management
• Policy Review, Development, and Implementation
• Regulatory Compliance & Training
• Professional Development in cooperation with Chief Deputy Program Officer & Director of People & Culture
• Manage safety programs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience, with increasing responsibilities
• Empathy
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database products
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong presentation & training skills
• Strong administrative & organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team, be part of a team, and work independently
