Job Summary

Impel is currently seeking a Delivery Manager/Director to oversee product launches and go-to-market activities and act as project manager working with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders and oversee the successful launch of products and features.  As Delivery Manager/Director, your role is pivotal in not only ensuring flawless launches and deployments but also ensuring that all the pre-engineering and post-engineering workstreams are defined and delivered and that stakeholders, partners and clients receive effective communications, and that expectations and deliverables are piloted, managed and launched successfully.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Provide project management leadership and frameworks to project teams, ensuring successful and timely completion.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, including non-technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for effective execution.

Client and Partner Engagement:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the integration process.

Go-to-Market Strategy Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for go-to-market initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for market research, product positioning, messaging, and launch planning.

Quality Assurance and Post-Launch Support:

  • Collaborate with QA teams throughout the testing phase to ensure products and feature releases meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations on ongoing support and analysis post-integration and post-launch to optimize performance and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Operations to gather feedback from clients, partners, and market to inform future product developments and strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on go-to-market project performance.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to continually refine go-to-market strategies.




Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS project management, including integrations and go-to-market strategies.
  • Good Understanding of SaaS ecosystems, API integrations, and market expansion tactics.
  • Flexibility working with teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
