We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our marketing team at REVELxp as a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant work experience, a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, and a proven track record in overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:


  • Collaborate with the VP, Marketing & Strategy to create and manage the tailgating marketing calendar, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across various channels, including paid and organic social media campaigns, email marketing, and blog creation.

Partner Marketing:

  • Act as the primary liaison for REVELxp partners (colleges, major events, etc.) and internal departments to ensure the fulfillment of all contracted marketing obligations.
  • Conduct an annual audit of all marketing channels with each partner and refresh as needed.
  • Provide partners with necessary content (e.g., email copy, social media campaigns inclusive of graphics, copy, etc.) to execute agreed-upon marketing obligations.
  • Proactively explore and leverage all available marketing channels with our partners to maximize their potential, employing creativity in the approach to achieve optimal results.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partners and internal partner teams.


Direct Marketing:

  • Identify game(s) and/or event(s) that may require direct paid spend by REVELxp on platforms such as Facebook/Instagram or LinkedIn, and Google Ad Words.
  • Track campaign paid media spend and optimize as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive campaign reports after completion to evaluate effectiveness and distill learnings for future paid spend.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in marketing.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital marketing platforms and tools.
