Description

Franklin Madison is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and assist in cultivating and managing relationships with our bank and credit union partners. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, maintaining existing partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our overall growth strategy while gaining valuable experience in sales and business development.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and identifying potential bank and credit union partners through research and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and smooth implementation of our products and services.
  • Preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including partner communications and progress updates.
  • Act as a liaison between our company and our bank and credit union partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Apply a solutions selling methodology to the sales cycle and close sales opportunities effectively and efficiently
  • Identify new product and market opportunities
  • Leverage necessary tools and documentation including but not limited to Salesforce.com
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic minded with the ability to verbalize and sell new sales opportunities & strategies
  • Consummate professional that is self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite of products
