About You

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy sales professional ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll focus on Staffing and Technology Solutions, building new client relationships and expanding our presence. If you thrive on closing deals, solving problems, building relationships, and growing a brand from scratch, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high volume of new business meetings each month.
  • Prospect aggressively, email, phone, networking events, professional organizations, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Manage and track your pipeline in Bullhorn to exceed targets.
  • Partner with internal teams for successful project launches and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues quickly, ensuring top-tier service and retention.
  • Attend sales and team meetings to share insights and grow professionally.
Requirements

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales/business development experience within the staffing or recruiting industry, ideally selling to senior directors or executives.
  • Experience in consultative sales and professional services.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, including building a brand from scratch.
  • Strong local network and proven ability to generate lasting client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, negotiate confidently, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Salary Description
100,000 to 150,000 plus commission
