Description

Key Tasks/Duties:

  

Expanding client base by selling Source to Pay automation solutions within the territory

  • Building new business via various outbound targeted messaging 
  • Networking and asking for referrals, as well as doing lead qualification
  • Using a defined sales methodology to qualify the sales opportunity, uncover various stakeholders, alternatives, internal processes, and budget/ROI requirements
  • Cross-selling new solutions into existing accounts
  • Traveling to prospect meetings within the territory

Facilitating long-term contracts with new customers 


Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent training) in business or a related field

  

Location Requirements: 

  • Based in Texas or an adjacent state

Essential Experience:

  • 7+  years of inside/outside sales experience
  • Experience selling high-end software-based solutions including SaaS (Software as a Service)

Competencies:

  

  • The ability, experience, and discipline to allocate time to prospect for new sales and not rely solely on leads from Marketing
  • Clear understanding of financial business processes (e.g., sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, supplier management, payments)
  • Knowledge of document and business automation tools
  • Strong communications skills coupled with a professional approach to customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of ERP solutions


Salary Description
$103,500 - $129,500 + incentive
