The Paid Search and Social Media Specialist role at AUDIENCEX will entail joining a dynamic and fast- growing communications and technology company at the forefront of some of the most exciting innovations in multi-channel digital media: from AI, data-driven programmatic display and programmatic TV, to other digital performance channels that are transforming how marketers engage their audiences.


In this position, you will work primarily with Paid Search and Social team, along with our Ad Ops and Accounts Teams, to manage high-level Search Engine Marketing and Social Media campaigns. 


It would be your priority to build, execute and manage these campaigns for our clients. You should have an in-depth understanding of Paid Social and Paid Search along with a minimum of one full year executing campaigns. For the right candidate, this is a position that is about daily learning opportunities. Responsibilities


  • Research and understand client business models to create and manage profitable campaigns.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting in the development of search media plans and overseeing campaign execution across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Nextdoor, and other channels.
  • Perform daily pacing checks, lead campaign optimizations, and adjust strategies based on performance analysis to ensure campaign success.
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional communication, managing expectations, and delivering insightful presentations and reports.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards, prepare weekly performance reports, and assist in media billing reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on pixel implementation for effective conversion tracking and maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions, offering insights and recommendations to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and campaign optimizations, including strategy adjustments based on performance analysis.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social and/or Paid Search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the platform capabilities and available advertising options
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage paid media campaigns independently
  • Data-driven curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
