Monitoring automated production equipment, maintaining supply of production materials, inspecting parts, operating forklift, and various other tasks, all with a major emphasis on quality and safety.
• Operates production machinery in accordance with specifications
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance
• Understands the processing aspects of equipment, performs quality checks, and reports any defects to shift Leadership and QA
• Performs bottle testing procedures and enters data into SPC collection center
• Makes processing adjustments to the machine as needed
• Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Looking for career-minded team players with steady work history and shift flexibility. Must be able and willing to work 10-hour shifts, possibly overnight, with every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off unless business dictates otherwise. Manufacturing/machine operation experience preferred. Must have a high school diploma or GED, or three years of employment with one company in a similar industry.
