 Who We Are:

· We are NRG Media, LLC, a multi-media company based in the Midwest with nine markets across four states.

· Locally, we are known as Broadcast House Media. 

· We are also the home for Husker Sports Broadcasts in Lincoln, Nebraska. 


What We Do:

· We create and distribute relevant content across multiple media channels including FM, AM and HD radio, streaming audio, owned and operated websites, social media, event sponsorships, cause marketing, sports marketing, and influencer campaigns.

· In addition to the channels listed above, our marketing solutions also include a robust digital platform, involving targeted display, pre-roll, geofencing, geo-video, streaming television, and email, as well as SEM, lead generation, custom websites and landing pages.


The Job:

  

· The Digital Sales Specialist will play an integral role in the NRG Media / Broadcast House sales team, consulting on, selling and implementing marketing campaigns from our digital platform. 

· The DSS will educate the sales staff about current and new digital marketing products. 

· They will deliver industry, client and market research and provide input for presentations. 

· They will conduct four-legged sales calls with sales team members, offering their own product knowledge, expertise, and recommendations. 

· The DSS will build and execute campaigns in our digital platform. 

· They will offer creative ideas and strategy and provide accurate direction to the design team accordingly. 

· The DSS will monitor all new and existing digital campaigns and offer ideas for optimization. 

· They will initiate and conduct monthly campaign updates and review analytics metrics with our clients. 

· They will create, update, and maintain all digital sales collateral as needed. 

· The DSS will track and report pending and closed sales, as well as individual sales goals for team members. 

· This position reports to the Director of Sales and does not supervise others.

Experience: 

· One or more years of digital marketing, media sales and/or customer service required

· New business development experience preferred

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree


Computer Skills:

· Salesforce or another CRM tool

· Microsoft Office Products (Excel and PowerPoint)

· Google Drive (Folders, Sheets and Docs)
