OpenLoop is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both B2B and D2C marketing, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and effective leadership skills. This role will be a member of the Marketing Team, collaborating directly with the CEO.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in both B2B and D2C segments.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Set clear goals while regularly evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity in both B2B and D2C markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touch points.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and continuously optimize marketing strategies.

Content Strategy:

  • Develop compelling and targeted content for various audiences, including B2B clients and end consumers.
  • Utilize content marketing to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a marketing leader with a focus on both B2B and B2C markets required.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign management, digital marketing, and brand development.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in startups, healthcare or telehealth preferred.
Salary Description
$120,000 to $150,000
