JOB SUMMARY 

Currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team! 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Acts as a liaison between operations and accounting departments 
  • Manages open sales orders 
  • Ensures purchase orders match internal sales orders
  • Timely reconciliation of discrepancies by proposing and resolving issues
  • Resolves disconnects between purchase orders and accounts receivable
  • Supports accounts receivable team by reaching out to customers and ensuring payments and orders are properly recorded
  • Manage approval process for identified deductions 
  • Maintaining high quality customer service when interacting with customers to resolve billing differences
  • Supports Operations and Sales teams on order adjustments
  • Creates a tracking and follow process for all open items
  • Ensure all required documents for order adjustments are obtained and accurate
  • Communicates with all related parties on action and status of open items

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Solid understanding of the purchase order, invoicing, and collections processes
  • High quality customer service skills 
  • 5 years of combined accounting and / or operations experience
