Position Summary: 

We are looking for Director of Enrollment with a background in Real Estate/mentorship sales. You will be responsible for utilizing your sales expertise to bring on new students to our business. Warm appointments are scheduled directly with you by the client and there is no cold calling or doing your own prospecting.

While not limited to these titles, some of our most successful!

  • Current High-Ticket closers (Our family/supportive culture is unrivaled)
  • Insurance Sales Professionals (No more cold calling)
  • Automotive Sales Professionals (Escape the dealership hours and politics)
  • Door-to-Door Sales Reps/Managers (No more worrying about weather or unwelcoming homeowners)
  • Current Setters, looking to take the next step!

Job Requirements: 

  • Ability to make up 80+ calls per day to scheduled leads and database of warm leads
  • Ability to attend daily Sales Meetings (9am PST)
  • Ability to effectively communicate the mentorship offering
  • Must be able to effectively overcome objections or be willing to learn
  • Must be able to stick to a sales script while tactfully adding your own personal touch
  • Must have a tenacious mindset that allows you to treat every call as a new opportunity
