The Customer Success Associate Summer Intern’s primary responsibility is to help the Customer Success team by providing administrative assistance to enhance and streamline the efficiency of the whole team. In addition, the Customer Success Associate Intern will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency and quality of service for a subset of clients. 


Responsibilities


· Support Customer Success Team with efficiencies and automation

· Grow existing business with product portfolio and additional services.

· Build relationships with existing client base to ensure they are engaged with their service

· Partner with your clients to understand their key security related business challenges and initiatives

· Partner with internal teams to manage and retain client relationships and build client loyalty

· Onboard new clients and continue to engage on a quarterly basis with business reviews.

· Contribute to the sales team and customer success team for business initiatives and training support.

· Build relationships with senior level individuals across accounts

· Collaborate with others to overcome challenges whilst working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

· Plan and organize your time effectively

· Develop pipeline and manage sales cycle for growth within existing accounts for Tier 3 accounts

· Support tuning of the CSM software tool via dashboards, integrations, metrics and more

Requirements


  • Working towards Bachelor’s degree in related field related field
  • Ability to have strong business conversations and understand business needs to align our proposition of value.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with project management understanding
  • Advanced understanding and application of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Creatively think through and solve problems
  • Handles pressure well while meeting deadlines and targets
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
