Main Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Work with teams across the organization to review and support Salesforce requirements for existing services, projects, and processes 
  •  Review and support Salesforce requirements when new services, projects or processes are being implemented 
  •  Responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring data precision, system reliability, and optimal performance of Salesforce
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and escalating to third-party integrator as needed.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, customer service, quality, etc.) to understand and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions within Salesforce.
  •  Act as the primary Systems Administrator for managing and optimizing Bender Salesforce environments, including user and license management, daily support tasks, training of users, and system upgrades
  •  Oversee successful technical upgrades to the Salesforce platform
  •  Track analytics, create and maintain reports, provide training for new users, complete user support tickets
  •  Other supportive marketing task
Requirements
  •  Certified Salesforce Administrator
  •  2+ years of experience in a similar role
  •  Strong understanding of Salesforce Automation (flows, process builder), Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and Salesforce Data Loader.
  •  Thorough familiarity with Salesforce's configuration capabilities, enabling the recommendation of best practices and the identification of areas where custom development may be necessary
  •  Strong project management skillset; highly organized with careful attention to detail
  •  Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
  •  Ability to work and influence cross-functionality
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  •  Experience working with HubSpot, or a similar marketing automation platform preferred
