Norfolk Multi-family Cabinet & Countertops is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused on property management in the multi-family customer segment, specifically focused on cabinet and countertop sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the multi-family property management and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the multi-family, property management customer segment
- Generate new business through prospecting and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in commercial property management construction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the multi-family customer segment and commercial construction industry
- Valid driver's license
