Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized project coordinator to provide support to our Project Manager and Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Our next project coordinator must be comfortable managing small and large IT projects as well as assist with design, coordination, implementation, and delivery of all IT related projects for a wide variety of clients. The individual must possess an understanding of Information Technology with a minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating or managing projects. Experience with IT specific projects including but not limited to Office 365 email migrations, new server deployments, client LOB application upgrades, new LAN / WAN network build outs, etc. is ideal but not a requirement.

Successful applicants must possess expert problem-solving skills and time management skills with the ability to work with teams to meet aggressive project timelines. The individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills. The project coordinator will report directly to the Director of Professional Services. This individual will provide leadership, direction and oversight for all aspects of the projects including deliverables, end user communication content, scheduling, and client interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Project Manager to break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes.

· Ensure smooth coordination of project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.

· Develop, update and implement project management processes within the organization.

· Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

· Continuously engage with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. 

· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

· Ensure the project team members are fully utilized or made available to support other projects to meet the requirements.

· Experience coordinating multiple projects at the same time
