Description

Location - Open to multiple metro locations across Florida: Tampa, Miami, Orlando or Fort Lauderdale etc.


The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new deposit clients while also serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned existing treasury management clients. Your primary focus will be on gathering deposits and ensuring a seamless client experience You are also responsible for delivering integrated treasury management solutions to a wide array of clients by providing product expertise and consultation on sales opportunities.

A successful Treasury Management Sales Officer will have the requisite banking and sales experience to partner with various consumers and businesses such as Homeowner and Condo Associations, Investment Advisors, and Family Office clients.  It is critical to understand their unique needs and identify appropriate deposit and treasury management solutions for recommendation and implementation. You’ll collaborate with other banking professionals to provide high-quality service and contribute to the growth of the bank.


Over the next year, as our Treasury Management Sales Office you will help us to…

  • Identify and develop new business across the bank’s growing footprint.
  • Promote new sales development through frequent client interactions to introduce new products and provide market and industry updates. 
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with global business development initiatives.
  • Manage complete sales process including proposals and implementations.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treasury management solutions.
  • Partner with internal business partners to acquire deposits and cross-sell treasury management products. 
  • Understand competitors’ strengths and gaps to effectively position the bank’s treasury management solutions.


Requirements


What we are looking for…

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required) – concentration in business or finance preferred.
  • A minimum of five years combined experience in sales and banking. (Required)
  • A sound base knowledge of banking and/or treasury management principles.
  • Outstanding communication and follow-through with a successful history of building and growing professional relationships.
  • Successful track record with outside calling and prospecting.
  • A self-starter who can also self-direct with day-to-day task management.
  • Someone who can travel overnight. (less than 25%)
