Requirements

Title: Dynamics CRM Developer


Job Location: 901 S. Bolmar St, West Chester, PA 19382 and various unanticipated worksites in U.S.


Primary Duties:


Responsible for hands-on designing, implementing, modifying, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging Microsoft Dynamics CRM software and Microsoft Dynamics XRM Developer. Responsible for performance tuning of customized code and monitoring practices to ensure on-going performance. Manage the research of technical and functional solutions to meet strategic business objectives. Analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications. Participate in peer code reviews and design meetings, collaborating with peer developers to work towards a common solution. Break down functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks and execute to completion. Ensure process workflows, solution architecture and design, and code are well-documented. Implement projects, upgrades, bug fixes and customizations in a timely manner within a team environment. Develop, test, code review, implement, and maintain application software within established procedures and tools. Develop solutions that adhere to industry best practices and company standards. Roving employee - Duties may be located at client sites throughout U.S. Telecommuting from home office may be available per company policy.


Requirements:


Education: Either a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Digital Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a software developer working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (CRM); OR, alternatively, a Master’s Degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in the same fields listed above, plus 3 years of experience as a software developer working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (CRM).


Experience: Within the 5 years or 3 years of experience (as required by degree), must have at least one year of (included) experience in each of the following:

  • Configuration and customization of Dynamics CRM in D365 environments;
  • Workflow development;
  • Developing business process flows;
  • Extending and enhancing out of the box functionality using custom code and fields;
  • Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics XRM Developer to implement and extend Dynamics features and enhancements for CRM;
  • Developing plug-ins for CRM and D365 applications;
  • Creating, deploying, and managing reports with SSRS and/or PowerBI; and Creating Web Services to connect Dynamics to external applications and environments
