Our Dealers work in a fast-paced casino/cardroom environment at Silicon Valley’s premier 24/7 entertainment destination. Casino M8trix is looking for motivated and customer focused professionals to join our Dealer team, helping us take our customer satisfaction to the next level of excellence.

We promote from within and often our gaming employees will have the opportunity to be promoted to Game Attendants. Also, not only are our trainings free for those who get selected into the class, but we continue to pay an hourly wage during training.

We are interested candidates who have dealer experience in: Blackjack, Baccarat, Spanish 21.5, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'Em, Double Hand Poker and Crazy 4 Poker.

• MINIMUM of 1 year of California Games Dealer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Speak English coherently (Bilingual a plus).
• Have open availability (we are open 24-7).
• Vibrant, outgoing and confident with a great smile and positive attitude.
• Exceptional basic math skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, strong work ethic, and integrity.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting compensation is $17.55 hourly, plus tips. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including: paid time off, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 20% employee discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise.
