Inside Sales Associate
Description

This position is focused on providing sales support to outside sales representatives and managers, managing opportunity information, and communicating with existing and new clients.

Requirements
  • Aggregate leads across diverse marketing channels, assess for distribution eligibility, and oversee the analytics of lead/contact engagement
  • Provide follow up and coordination of tasks with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate the creation and monitoring of quotes, proposals, and sales orders necessitating seamless communication with external sales managers, project managers and manufacturing teams
  • Manage sales pipeline database including contacts, accounts, opportunities, and lead status
  • Facilitate and oversee the orchestration of workflows and automation processes within Salesforce
  • Compile and produce reports detailing sales projections and potential opportunities
  • Overall ownership of sales tracking tools including accounts, contacts, and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools to improve efficiency in sales process(es) 
  • Represent the company in a professional manner

Qualifications (Education, Training, Skills, and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional sales environment communicating with outside clients and internal company stakeholders preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with database programs such as Salesforce and Epicor preferred
  • Education or experience in engineering, science, or technology beneficial
