Description
i2Vision is currently accepting applications for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing and dynamic medical communications and marketing agency. If you are a seasoned expert in the field with experience managing multiple account projects with a focus in the medical and science fields (or the ability to quickly learn and get up to speed), this position may be for you.
Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for oversight and management of various projects related to marketing and communications campaigns. The position works closely with client service, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Successful incumbents leverage effective planning and communication skills to ensure the teams are collaborating to meet established deadlines while keeping the client informed on project status.  
Essential Duties

  

Project Planning and Strategy

  • Collaborate with client service teams align on client’s communication goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Project Execution and Management

  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to industry standards, best practices, and agency guidelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with meeting services, creative teams, medical writers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards.
  • Ensure projects are compliant with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Implement feedback loops and lessons learned to continually improve project execution.

Work Experience and Education

  • 3 or more years of agency experience in a fast-paced and client centered organization as a project manager or comparable role.  
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects in a communications/marketing setting. 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), video conference applications (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.), and project management software/tools; ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • Ability to travel for work as needed for onsite time with clients and attend industry events.

Salary Description
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
