Description
Project Planning and Strategy
- Collaborate with client service teams align on client’s communication goals, requirements, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Project Execution and Management
- Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure projects are executed according to industry standards, best practices, and agency guidelines.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with meeting services, creative teams, medical writers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards.
- Ensure projects are compliant with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Implement feedback loops and lessons learned to continually improve project execution.

Work Experience and Education
- 3 or more years of agency experience in a fast-paced and client centered organization as a project manager or comparable role.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects in a communications/marketing setting.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), video conference applications (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.), and project management software/tools; ability to quickly learn new programs.
- Ability to travel for work as needed for onsite time with clients and attend industry events.

Salary Description
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
