Job Summary:

Under general supervision Stand-Up Forklift Operator will ensure safe movement, accurate receipt and shipment of products, while operating Stand-Up Docker or Pallet Jack. Must also verify inventory and visually inspect pallets for quality and damages. Must follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies and procedures when performing these tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete daily forklift maintenance/pre-operational check list
• Promptly report all safety malfunctions on equipment
• Ensure all pallets are efficiently stacked and wrapped for safety before movement
• Load/unload pallets using equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Check/count pallets for accuracy and/or damage and infestation, record temperatures
• Record item, weight, count and condition of product via RF system to ensure proper receipt/shipment of each pallet
• Document and report all damages to Supervisor/Lead immediately
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse
• Comply with all OHSA standards and FlexCold safety policies
• Monitor battery charge, maintain cleanliness of equipment, park at proper charging station, and follow battery charging procedure
• Perform other duties outside of normal duties from time to time as requested

• HS diploma or GED
• 1+ years’ operating warehouse equipment (stand up docker/pallet jack)
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
