Description

We are looking for a highly organized Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst to join our Treasury Management team. Accountable to the Treasury Management Manager, in this role, you will support the Treasury Management team and serve as a liaison between Treasury Management, Operations and the Business Banking teams. You will also be a point of contact for clients when the Treasury Management team is unavailable and will provide full administrative support to the Treasury Management team.  


RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide administrative support to Treasury Management team.
    • Setup and support of Treasury Management products and services 
    • Remote Deposit and ACH reviews and audits
    • Compiles annual audit information as requested.
    • Balance ICS/CDAR accounts daily.
  2. Treasury Management and payments reporting. Manage onboarding of new clients and transition of clients
    • Manage documentation and agreements. 
    • Interact with clients/manage correspondence with clients as appropriate.
    • Schedule meetings with sales team and clients, if needed
  3. Open new accounts
    • Collect documentation from clients.
    • Prepare CIP cards.
    • Assist in obtaining signatures.
    • Recommend treasury management, business credit cards and merchant.
  4. Serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other Deerwood Bank departments.
    • Work with Treasury Management to gather paperwork.
    • Ensure timeliness in response to clients.
  5. Preparation of sales
    • Work on cost comparisons, proposals, and timelines.
    • Provide monthly reports for Treasury Management team as requested.
  6. Provide general client support.
    • Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable.
    • Assist with general banking and Treasury Management questions.
  7. Other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.    
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • 3 -5 years Banking experience
  • Prefer Commercial Banking experience
  • Prefer 2+ years in Treasury or Cash Management 
  • Excellent computer and technology skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Prefer experience with Centrix
  • Prefer experience with Phoenix
