The Director, Marketing will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and lead all marketing initiatives within BN. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies related to BN brand management, stakeholder engagement, content creation, corporate reputation management, and corporate events to achieve marketing goals. This position will align itself with the Augeo Marketing & Digital Services team in the implementation of marketing initiatives and will serve as an imperative partner to the MDS team. 

The Director, Marketing plays a crucial role in aligning marketing strategy with BN’s brand identity and values, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engaging stakeholders, and fostering positive relationships with key audiences to bolster the company's image in the industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and a creative mind with a deep understanding of the marketing landscape.

Establishing strong relationships with internal BN team members, Augeo shared MDS resources and external partners (PR, production, agency, industry) to ensure clear communication, coordination, and execution of campaigns and other marketing efforts will be paramount. Collaborating with other senior leaders across the company will be key to ensuring all marketing initiatives and deliverables are in line with strategic needs, approved, and executed in accordance with established timelines.

You’ll spend your days on the following:

Marketing Strategy: Implementing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's corporate vision, values, and business objectives.

Brand Management: Ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all corporate communications and materials to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.

Content Marketing: Overseeing the creation of compelling and impactful corporate content, including press releases, executive communications, thought leadership pieces, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and strategic website, social, and deck development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including employees, customers, partners, industry associations, and communities.

Internal Communications: Overseeing internal communication strategies to align employees with the company's corporate vision, values, and initiatives. 

Corporate Events and Sponsorships: Reinforcing the company’s presence and reputation through speaking engagements across corporate events, conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.

Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform corporate marketing strategies and drive business growth. 

Design Collaboration: Working closely with internal design and creative teams to provide strategic guidance, communicate brand positioning, and ensure visual identity aligns with overall brand strategy. 

Trend and Data-driven Decision Making: Using industry expertise and data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Talent Development: Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing feedback, coaching, and training to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a digital engagement marketing agency or similar environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong background in brand or corporate marketing project management processes
  • Experience with leading a (remote) team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and scaling digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Teams, Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other systems as needed.
  • Fluency in marketing channel metrics and quantitative and qualitative consumer research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate:

$120,000 - $170,000 base salary
