Job Summary

We are seeking a Operations Project Coordinator with excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and completing projects. This role will focus on identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations and will work closely with operations leadership and other key stakeholders to support technology initiatives, redesign procedures, and build efficiencies within the business to support growth. The position requires excellent communication, process management, documentation, and time management skills to contribute to the overall company operation as well as distinct projects. Experience with change management, technology projects, and/or client success is a must. 


Essential Functions

  • Drive and manage both technical and operational projects that drive outcomes across the company.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership team and key partners to achieve outcomes that align with company goals.
  • Develop documentation, including new and/or enhanced policies, procedures, and processes to achieve adoption and improve outcomes.
  • Lead with cross-division efficiencies, process improvements and business goals at the forefront of daily work. 
  • Support the design and implementation of technology plans that focus on change management, adoption, and ongoing user support.
  • Perform systems and process analysis that improve workflows and operating efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, managers, and operations leadership to design and/or enhance new system training programs and ongoing protocols for both technology and process related projects.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in operations, process improvement, or technology programs 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Change management experience and or knowledge of lean or Six Sigma preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Work Environment/Conditions

  • This position can be remote (within the continental United States) or based in our Minneapolis office (locally based employees are required to maintain a hybrid office presence).
  • Position requires ability to work in a stationary position for majority of workday.
  • Continuous use of computer.
  • Frequent communication with team via zoom.
  • This is an exempt position that requires at least 40 hour of work per week but due to the nature of this role, additional hours are required when deadlines need to be met.
  • Overnight travel may be required (up to 10%).

Compensation and Benefits 

Annual base salary range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 based on qualifications and experience.
