Job Summary:

White Eagle Golf Club is seeking experienced bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. Bartenders are responsible for the bar’s service as well as assisting their teammates in and around the restaurant and patio, including cleanliness checks and upkeep.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant.
• Stock, organize and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes.
• Put away requisitions each day.
• Perform all side work as assigned.
• Keep the bar clean, safe, and presentable while providing friendly and attentive service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the Club’s service standards.
• Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus.
• Communicate orders with Members and Guests, ring orders through POS and serve orders promptly and accurately.
• Assist with to-go orders and specialty orders as needed.
• Make heartfelt food and beverage recommendations to Members and Guests.
• Own every Member request.
• Enhance Member experience.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
   

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a willingness to serve with a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must work effectively with a team.
• Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events and most holidays.
• Must be  Naperville BASSET certified (or signed up for certification within 30 days of hiring).
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 35lbs.
• Experience in private clubs is a plus.
