TOK is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant who is responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing marketing materials for TOK’s property listings and services. The Marketing Assistant’s daily work is guided by a Senior Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for maintaining brand integrity throughout marketing materials utilizing TOK templates. The Marketing Assistant is tasked with delivering materials that are consistent with the company’s brand standards, paying close attention to detail in all elements of content, including imagery, copy, colors, font selections, and materials design layouts.

As a Marketing Assistant, a typical day includes performing these essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Modifies and creates property flyers and offering memorandums.
  • Modifies and creates property website landing pages.
  • Modifies and creates property email blasts distributed to a variety of target audiences including local, regional, and national brokerage professionals, investors, tenants, businesses, and broker clients.
  • Modifies and creates proposal packages or marketing plans for new and existing Brokerage business opportunities.
  • Assists with open house invitations, event planning, management, and facilitation as needed.
  • Assists with social media marketing efforts, primarily focused on the firm’s multiple Google My Business accounts.
  • Assists with the creation of internal and external presentations.
  • Orders new and updated property signage (and removals) as needed, communicating milestones for each project to stakeholders.
  • Identifies and tracks property marketing activities in client reporting packages delivered to internal and external audiences.


Requirements

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities needed to succeed:

  • High School Diploma required. A college degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience with advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop recommended.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology a plus.
  • Attention to detail in narrative copy, content management, and visual deliverables across materials and platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment, managing tight timelines and multiple projects, effectively communicating with all team members, and staying organized on both short- and long-term projects.
  • Proven track record of being successful in both team-based efforts as well as independent work. Ability to successfully work in a team is imperative.

Essential physical abilities required:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time, occasionally move about the office to access necessary materials, and operate a computer and other office machinery.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members, as well as be able to interpret instructions and exchange accurate information.
  • Must have sufficient visual and mental perception, which allows the employee to comprehend written work requirements, and determine necessary actions required to meet the finished product standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds and work in an office environment that may require walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and sitting for long periods of time.
