A Food and Beverage Warehouse Team Member is Guest service focused and provides exceptional service in the F&B Department. Exceptional Guest service entails being fast and efficient while still maintaining safety, being Texas-friendly, being accurate, and having great personal integrity and responsibility.

You will play a very important role in ensuring all Food & Beverage locations receive their orders as accurately and timely as possible. This position is physically demanding you will be responsible for receiving/checking in all food, beverage, paper, and chemical products accurately by verifying items against invoices and ensuring quality standard of food product and identifying sub-standard food product for return. Deliver food product and chemical supplies and fulfill restock lists to all Typhoon Texas Food and Beverage locations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by storing food products, beverage products, and alcohol product on designated shelves, rotating product as received, keeping isles clear, and following established safety standards, as well as safely operating company equipment to make deliveries throughout the waterpark. Assists in weekly and monthly inventories by counting products in various locations and completing the necessary paperwork. Operate company equipment including forklifts and/or pallet jacks.

· Has excellent communication skills which include the ability to use clear, concise, and grammatically correct written and oral language in interactions with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management

· This position may require standing for long periods of time outdoors, exposed to the elements of nature, including but not limited to hot temperatures, rain, and direct sunlight.

· This position may require you to work in other positions, locations, and/or departments on an ad hoc basis

· Must be trained by a certified individual for Fork lift use.

· Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s permit and TABC Certificate*

· Must be willing to complete any and all tasks given by Typhoon Texas management

· *If you do not have a Typhoon Texas approved and current Food Handler's Permit and/or TABC Certification, you will be required to obtain one at your expense

General Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years old

· May be required to stand for long periods of time

· May be required to lift at least 20-50 lbs.

· May be required to be exposed to direct sunlight, hot temperatures, or rain.

· Must be able to multitask and be flexible in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to work well with others

· Must be able to communicate effectively
