JOB SUMMARY

Searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, hardworking, professional, and delivers consistent results. This role is responsible for working accurately and efficiently while paying careful attention on the job. Must follow instructions precisely and double-check work before completing tasks.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lifting, loading
  • Count and stock material based on inventory control practices.
  • Receive product from vendors.
  • Dispatch product to installers.
  • Pack orders methodically and close job packages to prepare for shipping.
  • Reliably identify damaged, lost, or missing material and notify team immediately.
  • Occasional jobsite delivery of material to customers.
  • Always treat material with care and concern.
  • Deliver products from warehouse to jobsite efficiently and safely
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Strategically locate material in various warehouse locations and jobsites
  • Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks in material handling
  • Read pull sheets to ensure complete job packages
  • Able to work with others as a team toward common goal
  • Must be able to follow directions and read maps


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Must be able to load and unload trucks
  • High School Diploma/ GED Preferred
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Effectively take direction
