Brief description of day to day responsibilities: Assist in implementation and adoption of Microsoft Office 365 solutions, ensuring their smooth deployment and adoption across the organization. Develop strategies to increase user adoption and provide comprehensive trainings.

Scope 

• Implement and manage Office 365 solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption across the organization.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase user adoption of Office 365 tools.
• Review new releases and updates of Office 365, assess their implications, and plan for their effective deployment.
• Communicate effectively with end users about updates and new features, providing clear instructions and support.
• Prioritize user experience in all implementations, ensuring that Office 365 tools are user-friendly and meet the needs of the business.
• Provide training and support to users to enhance their Office 365 skills.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure Office 365 solutions align with company objectives and IT standards. 

Skills 

• Proven experience with change management and user adoption of new technologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 tools, updates, and features
• Strong commitment to enhancing user experience and promoting widespread adoption of tools.
• Strong communicator, driving tool adoption across the organization with clear, engaging materials.
• Experience in an asset management firm is a plus.
