TPG - Graphic Designer

Our team is looking for a Graphic Designer to support and execute TPGs graphic design initiatives, creative development, execution, and processes


TPG’s Graphic Designer will be part of the Operations and Marketing team overseen by the Chief of Staff/Director of Partnership Services. He/She will oversee all graphic design needs and facilitates marketing campaigns from start to finish. This is an entry level position; we are looking for someone with a passion for graphic design and the creative process who is willing to learn on the job and is interested in growing with a young entrepreneurial company.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and maintain TPG brand standards for internal brands and help to enforce adherence internally and externally
  • Support leadership and collaborate with cross functional departments to create well-designed presentations, supported by visual storytelling with graphics and design
  • Lead the design efforts for a broad range of marketing projects across customers, and partners including: sales collateral, educational material, branding and advertising material, internal and external communications, email templates, print and online ads, websites and landing pages, social media, video content, event design, sales presentation development, and graphic development.
  • Oversee project management system for design requests including new projects, status updates, rounds of review and changes, and approvals of final designs
  • Make timely and informed decisions to keep projects on track within specifications.
  • Maintain design quality across all print and digital projects and ensure consistency across program assets.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft applications (e.g. PowerPoint), and other relevant tools to their fullest extent to ensure that the highest quality of content output is maintained
  • Stay on top of industry innovation and trends to develop new creative strategies to increase engagement and create efficiencies
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage competing priorities; effectively manages one's time and resources to ensure multiple priorities are balanced and completed with high-quality, timely execution
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft office including PowerPoint)
  • Interest in or experience with video creation and/or web design is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One (1) year of related experience or degree in marketing or graphic design preferred
