JOB SUMMARY

The PMO Analyst will be part of the ADG Program Management Office and will be responsible for the collection, documentation, management, and analysis of data to support project owners in managing initiatives and senior leadership in making data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational skills, high levels of conscientiousness and attention to detail, good grasp of financials and variables that impact the top- and bottom-line, and the ability to think outside the box to obtain data are all critical skill sets required. The successful candidate for this role should be able to operate effectively in a quickly-evolving environment, make reasonable assumptions and extrapolate from limited information.

The scope of this role includes liaising with cross-functional project team members both in the GSC (Global Support Center) and in the business units for project tracking against timelines and budgets as well as preparing project status reports with metrics and KPIs.


  •  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist the Sr. Director, PMO and project managers to design and develop methods to track initiatives against targets/objectives
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and decisions made
  • Identify appropriate metrics to track and develop models in excel to determine whether objectives are met, supported by empirical data
  • Develop dashboards in Power BI for regular reporting as well as real-time access to project data
  • Manage disparate sources of data (from multiple systems and ERPs)
  • Set up and manage the repository for data and documentation across all initiatives
  • Conduct surveys or interviews with stakeholders to obtain feedback on initiatives and results e.g. associates impacted by a process change
  • Create reports for various audiences that effectively communicate the progress and results of initiatives, including dashboards, email write-ups, PowerPoint slides, etc.
  • Continuously improve and automate data collection and report generation to make the process as efficient and effective as possible

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a data/analytics role or as a business analyst in management consulting
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and good understanding of finance and accounting concepts
  • Track record of success both academically and professionally
  • Proactive individual who can work well in a team as well as on a self-directed basis
  • Problem-solving orientation, conscientiousness/attention to detail, and ability to “connect-the-dots”
  • Able to glean insights from data and articulate findings succinctly and effectively
