Job Title: FH Server Assistant                 Reports to: FH Restaurant Manager 

Description: Service assistants will assist staff in any way needed to meet and exceed guest expectations of service. 

Responsibilities:

-Greet all guests

-Provide water and bread for all restaurant guests

-Pre-bus guest service-ware as appropriate

-Communicate with individual service staff on guest requests and needs

-Replace used flatware as appropriate

-Provide product knowledge

-Employ proper serving technique

-Reset tables as directed by management

-Provide coffee service

-Maintain a clean and safe public / working area 

-Uphold all health code regulations

-Maintains a high standard of hygiene on the property

General:

-Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments and suggestions to your manager, and not to other associates, guests, etc.

-Perform other duties as assigned by management

Dress Code: 

-Employee is responsible for light blue oxford button down shirt, khaki pants, black or brown shoes (non-slip), 

-Company will provide tie and apron

-Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays

-Flexibility with scheduling

-Standing for extended periods

-Willingness to take direction

-Ability to multi task

-Good communication skills

-Work well under pressure

-Must be at least 16 years of age

-Under 18, working papers required
