JOB SUMMARY


We are seeking an Entry-Level Data Analyst and IT Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data sets and providing insights to the organization's decision-makers while also providing technical support to the IT department. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has strong communication skills.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyze data sets and provide insights to the organization's decision-makers.
  • Work with IT department to maintain and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain data systems, databases, and servers.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments.
  • Continuously improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with data migration and integration projects.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware is a plus.
