The Position:

The Lead Software Engineer sets the overall development direction and acts as a mentor to other Software Engineers. In this role, you will help achieve ambitious product development goals that deliver engaging user experiences.

• Be involved in all phases of software development from product definition to production release
• Use agile software development practices to build and test our products
• Use excellent communication skills to interface with clients and senior leadership with confidence and clarity
• Understand the whole product, its modules, and the relationships between them
• Break down problems and estimate time for development tasks
• Evangelize how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical skills
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with software development in a professional environment. Experience leading teams is preferred
• Professional experience with JavaScript and C#/.Net
• Experience working with Databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Understand SDLC and what it means to write testable, maintainable code
• Able to manage multiple projects at once and adhere to tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Rate:

$115,000 - $165,000 base salary
