Position Overview:

As an Account Supervisor at our company, your primary responsibility will be to strategically manage active client accounts, leading to additional revenue and maximum client satisfaction. You will be tasked with overseeing the overall client satisfaction of your account roster, executing long-term and short-term partnership management strategies, and managing all active client projects through the lens of client satisfaction.


Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

  • 40 hours/week

Compensation Range: $72k - $91.5k

  • Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
  • The actual compensation offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Client Roster's Overall Client Satisfaction
  • Execute Long-Term + Short-Term Partnership Management Strategies
  • Manage All Active Client Projects Through the Lens of Client Satisfaction
  • Oversee + Approve all Client-Facing Documentation and Other Materials
  • Leads Client Communications, As Needed
  • Accurately Articulates Client Needs to Team
  • Lead Renewal + Upsell Initiatives (Client & Company-Driven)
  • Identify + Pursue Value Add Opportunities
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Client-Facing or Client Services Experience Required
  • Agency Experience Encouraged
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Industry, Sports and/or Entertainment Brands Strongly Encouraged
  • Strong Written + Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Build + Nurture Strong Relationships with Both Clients and Internal Teams
  • High Attention to Detail
