Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse Supervisor 

Location: Ayer, MA – Heart of Operations

Role Overview: Are you ready to conduct the symphony of our warehouse operations? As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll not just supervise but orchestrate the performance of our warehouse team, ensuring each section plays in harmony.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and conduct strategies to streamline warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless flow, under the direction of the Senior Warehouse Manager.
• Direct a diverse ensemble of talent, forklift operators, ensuring everyone hits the right notes.
• Play a pivotal role in talent dynamics, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the production and inventory specialists to fine-tune our operational melody.
• Implement safety, ensuring every team member is a standout performer in compliance and care.

Qualifications:

• A foundational diploma (high school or equivalent), though a degree is preferred.
• At  least three years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Certified in forklift operations.
• A  track record of leading teams.
• Technological  literacy.
• A  steadfast commitment to safety and harmony in the workplace.
• The physical ability to engage fully in the warehouse ballet, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Physical and Equipment Requirements:

• Engage in the physical art of warehousing, including lifting, moving, and conducting operations.
• Mastery of forklifts, and other instruments of trade.
