NK is looking for an Inventory Clerk who is detail-oriented, hard-working and comfortable working in a team environment. Ideally, the Inventory Clerk will have prior Warehousing experience and is comfortable working with inventory management systems.

The Inventory Clerk’s main responsibilities include inventory monitoring, recording incoming inventory shipments and appropriately tracking outgoing inventory with accuracy. Additional Warehousing duties as assigned.

• Maintain and update records using inventory management system.
• Count and track inventory levels.
• Report discrepancies in physical inventory versus record in computer inventory system.
• Receive stock and update record system to reflect accurate inventory levels.
• Other various warehouse tasks as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experienced Inventory Clerk or equivalent Warehouse experience required.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to work with various sets of data and numerical figures.
• Comfortable working in teams and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift experience is preferred, training provided.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but may be tasked with leading team to accomplish tasks.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
Climate-controlled indoor warehouse. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Location & Hours
This position will be primarily in NK’s warehouse facility located in Boothwyn, PA. M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.

Training
Most training is on-the-job but formal education and training may be provided where appropriate.

Pay Rate
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Pay rate commensurate with qualifications and experience as well as company size. Annual bonus based on company and individual performance ranges averages 2% to 4% of compensation.
