Role

The Kitter pulls items from the warehouse or stock room to meet parts lists and ensures that the requested kit is directed to the appropriate area. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and is located in Franklin, Pennsylvania.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate the movement of materials through the production cycle of the organization’s products;
  • Monitor inventory levels throughout production life cycle;
  • Perform periodic review of inventory levels, recording quantity, type, and value of materials on hand;
  • Prepare orders to replenish materials, equipment, and stock;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Position typically expects three (3) to five (5) years of direct/relevant experience based on scope of position;
  • Ability to operate a forklift;
  • Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with change;
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization;
  • Mission focused with a sense of urgency when required;
  • Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment;
  • Must be able to multitask;
  • Committed team player;
  • Adapts to changes, interruptions, disorders, and repetition without losing efficiency or composure;
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with PCs.
