Description

  

The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient and compliant operation of the school office and facility. In addition, they are responsible for all of the administrative processes for the school which include filing and record management, required reporting of information to state agencies and school districts. The Office Manager reports to the Director of the school. This is a full time hourly, non exempt, benefit-eligible position with hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F. 


Main responsibilities are to:

Assist the Director and school staff

Liaison to Clarke's Human Resources, Finance and IT departments 

Facilities - Liaison to landlord for facility maintenance

Perform other administrative support duties as assigned by the Director.



Requirements
  • Associate degree
  • Experience in an educational setting
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Effective time management skill
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of office products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proofreading, spelling, and grammar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and positive manner
  • Ability to operate copier, facsimile, multiple line telephone system.
