POSITION OVERVIEW:Our Personal Bankers play a key role in allowing our valued clients to see LifeDesign in action. By delivering outstanding, caring service, our Personal Bankers demonstrate our commitment to help clients get where they want to be.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:Our Personal Bankers provide the highest level of client service in a positive, caring, courteous, and enthusiastic manner to all employees, clients, and when representing the bank in the community.· Demonstrates
ability to understand a client’s immediate and long-term financial needs and offer solutions that will expand a client’s relationship and achieve their financial goals. 
· Opens new consumer and business accounts, submits loan applications within scope of authority and cross sells products and services using the LifeDesign approach. · Conducts outbound phone calls to our clients to understand their continual needs and deepen relationships.· Conducts existing and prospect business client visits to develop new business relationships and meet existing client financial needs. · Collaborates with the team and demonstrates a positive working relationship with employees and clients. · Achieves individual sales/referral goals and contributes to the branch success. Refers additional client solutions including investments and insurance products. · Processes all Teller transactions efficiently and in accordance with standard operating procedures and Fidelity Bank Policies.  Balances teller drawer daily and adheres to our Teller Accuracy Standards Policy.· Maintains a solid working knowledge and adheres to all Fidelity Bank policies and procedures. · Demonstrates a sense of urgency in responding to our clients’ needs. Ensures confidentiality of client information.· Ensures the security of the branch and follows all security policies and procedures. · Maintains a broad knowledge of all Bank products and services. · Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma and one-year client service or related experience.
