Role Overview: As the Director of Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team to craft and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan that reflects the company’s vision and goals. You will be responsible for driving the marketing performance of Catania Oils’ brand and products, optimizing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and spearheading campaigns that promote our business offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Manage the marketing department, including budget allocation and team oversight.
• Supervise and optimize implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance business product promotions.
• Generate forecasts and analyses to support data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Collaborate with the executive team to build a brand that embodies the company’s mission and resonates with customer values.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role with a proven track record in team leadership and high performance.
• Expertise in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with an ability to  provide data-driven insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
