If an applicant is accepted into CALM's traineeship program, they will be able to work at CALM and thereby earn academic credit. Masters level graduate students are expected to work 20 hours per week for a minimum of 10 months. CALM will establish a contract with the trainee and their graduate school that addresses both CALM’s and the trainee’s obligations for the duration of the traineeship.  

Prior to starting a traineeship at CALM, applicants must undergo a background check and be fingerprinted.  Graduate school transcripts will also be required.
